Delivery and Returns Policy
At MYELEC we endeavor to dispatch you goods within 24 hours after receiving your purchase order. If for any reason beyond our control, such as supplier stock outages or indent orders, then we will contact you so that alternative arrangements may be made.
MYELEC reserve the right to cancel any orders and refund all monies paid. Bulky goods, including pallets, may take up to 2-3 days, from receipt of your order, depending on the availability of suitable transport services. WA country or interstate deliveries may take between 7-10 days, from receipt of your order, depending on the availability of suitable transport services. In all cases where delivery may be delayed you will be notified by the person handling your account. If orders are placed that exceed weights and dimensions covered by our normal transport services then MYELEC reserve the right to negotiate a fair and reasonable freight rate prior to dispatch.
All products purchased from MYELEC Electrical Wholesalers are backed by a Returns Policy. All products returned must be in a clean, unused condition and be in the original packaging. Damaged or incomplete products will not be accepted for return.
Proof of purchase, such as the original paperwork, will need to accompany the goods being returned. Goods that are custom made or indented especially for a client will not be accepted for return. Cable cut to specific lengths will not be accepted for return. MYELEC must approve all returns, and will provide a GRN#, before the goods are returned. Any cost associated with the return of the goods will be borne by the client.
DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS
Goods damaged in transit or prove to be faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, will be replaced or credited. The cost to return the faulty/damaged goods will be borne by the client and MYELEC will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers or suppliers warranties.(Available on request) MYELEC will not be liable to you, or any third party, for any loss suffered due to product failure. We will process all product warranty claims through the respective manufacturers or suppliers.
